What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?

vFairs is a great platform for organizing and running real event like online events with excellent customer care support throughout the event. It stands out from similar platforms because of its strong support team, its engagement tools, its all-in-one platform design. Moreover, its easy customization options make it better than similar platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We had satisfactory experience using vFairs for running our early event. Our favorite aspect of this product is its support team. We got their seamless support from the day of planning of our event to actual D-Day and even post event. Their 24/7 chat and email support was really helpful for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike about vFairs platform. The only factor which could be worked upon is pricing. vFairs should come up with affordable packages for Indian companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely go for it! vFairs offers great exhibitor and sponsor support, customized designs, perfect networking and engagement tools, mobile app & multi-device support and much more.

What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?

With vFairs, we are able to reach a larger audience thanks to marketing services such as social media promotion, and reporting tools allow us to accurately track attendance figures. It offers us custom event landing pages, registration forms, virtual booth templates, Q&A, and surveys to engage audiences and provide a complete brand experience. We can also create live webinars, digital content management, networking tools, chat, and virtual job boards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Virtual exhibition halls. Mobile application for events. Customizable design templates. Attendee tracking. Interactive content. Advanced reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of customization in some of the graphical interfaces. The chat interface sometimes lags.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

vFairs is a virtual events platform suitable for companies of all sizes who want to host job fairs, trade shows, conferences, and other online events. vFairs makes it very easy to incorporate all the great elements of an event, including conferences, live Q&A, an exhibit floor, gamification, chat networks, and great follow-up reports. Customer service is also excellent.
