The Information We Collect

Credit card information is used for billing purposes only and is not retained. McLean & Company users may have the option to participate in online discussion communities. Such communities are exclusive communities for certain McLean & Company subscribers and are accessible only by subscribers through their McLean & Company login name and password. Participation in the community is completely voluntary. By opting into the community, subscribers agree to share basic contact information (Name, Company, Address) with their peers in the community

Who We Share This Information With

McLean & Company does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. McLean & Company may provide personal information to McLean & Company's affiliates, consultants, service providers, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist McLean & Company's uses disclosed herein. As McLean & Company is a global business, we and our affiliates and service providers may deliver services from a country other than the country in which you reside.

Cookies are used by McLean & Company for the convenience of our users. They are used to streamline access to the online subscriber service. Cookies automatically authenticate the user. A user can access McLean & Company products with the cookie feature turned off; however, in doing so they may find themselves challenged for username and password information on multiple occasions. McLean & Company also uses cookies to track user's visits and uses that information to improve the user's experience and track use of our products.

We do not sell the personal information of McLean & Company members.

The categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose are set out in the "Information we collect" paragraph above and otherwise throughout this privacy policy.

We do not currently recognise or respond to web browser do-not-track signals, as the industry is currently working toward a common approach.

Nevada privacy rights

If you are a resident of Nevada, Nevada law (SB 220) provides you the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. Nevada law defines a sale as a transfer of personal information to a third party for monetary consideration, for the purpose of the third party then licensing or selling the information to additional third parties. We do not sell the personal information of McLean & Company members.

European privacy rights
