Besides having all basic functionalities, SugarCRM comes with a set of its own features, like SugarExchange, SugarPredict, which make it unique from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform has brought considerable flexibility in maintaining profitable and long-term customer relations by providing a unified platform. I got to do not only sales automation but also personalized marketing, along with actionable insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are duplicate entries seen while managing leads that need to be filtered out manually, as the duplication management lacks powerful tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to drive growth and have profitable long-term customer relations, then you should adopt SugarCRM as it will not only provide automation but also AI-insights to improve customer satisfaction.

Thanks to this approach, companies are able to decide wisely, find trends and improve their approaches so they remain competitive with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While SugarCRM allows different customizations, the process of putting them into use can be too complex. Customizing pages and settings extensively can be difficult for many people which may increase the amount of time and resources used.
