What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is designed to create and manage digital experiences across multiple channels. It has flexibility and innovative features that enable a personalized and tailored customer experience. It provides a secure, compliant and easy-to-maintain environment that helps manage the creation, updating and delivery of content across all channels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transition from silos to multi-channel management is a complex process to carry out, that is the only thing I dislike a little.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They are good with their functions and adapt very well to the needs

What differentiates Squiz DXP from other similar products?

I believe it's one of the most flexible products out in the market and it's ecosystem extends to a full DXP if required. I always say we can pretty much do anything in Squiz Matrix which was what initially attracted us to it over 10 years ago. The only thing potentially stopping you from innovation is your imagination. What makes a real difference is the people behind the product. They don't just treat you as a number but they establish a real relationship with you as a customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is its flexibility and that there's almost always a few possible solutions you could implement. Metadata schemas and fields are extremely effective for custom user-defined fields. You also cannot look past the triggers functionality as a lot of magic can happen there.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While its custom forms are great, I often wish there's an easy way to set conditional fields through the editing interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will depend on your requirements. Squiz Matrix is a very comprehensive product so if you're looking for a simple solution to get up an running, this might be an over-kill. If you need something that you can customise, then this is probably as good as it gets.
