What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
NinjaOne offers automation for Windows, external parties, and macOS in manual ways. It offers fast and lightweight remote access. Its in-built one-click remote access eradicates the requirement for additional third-party platforms. It supports Bash, Command prompt scripting, and PowerShell, enabling us to automate deployment and system configuration. I really like the way it is performing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very user friendly and easy to use platform. It offers great customer support at one click. Its customer-helping team is based on technical experts who guide us and give us a track whenever we get stuck anywhere. I like its responsive customer service. Also, its powerful scripting and automation capabilities help in deploying software, sorting out issues, and in the configuration of the system spontaneously.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks limited remote support features. While it has remote access features. It lacks the unique latest remote control tools that are commonly found in its challengers. There is also the absence of multi-session remote support, which makes it less idyllic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before adopting it to your working environment. Make sure that whether it is setting best with your current system or not. To avoid alert fatigue, set up custom alerts. Involve automated scripts to sort out common issues they accelerate.

Ninja is a great tool, it has many things you prob wont need but i would compare you current stack and see what holes this will feel
