If I had to pick one, I’d say it’s the flexibility + customizability — how monday.com makes it easy to shape the tool to your team’s process (not forcing your team to adapt to a rigid workflow). Because you can combine boards, automations, custom columns, dashboards, and integrations to build exactly what you need, it works for a wide variety of teams and purposes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing can get expensive as your team grows, especially since many useful features sit behind higher plans. Time-tracking and reporting tools are quite limited compared to dedicated project management suites. Also, the flexibility can be overwhelming at first, making setup confusing for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with a simple setup and add features gradually instead of trying to use everything at once. Clearly define your workflow before building boards to avoid chaos later. Make good use of automations and integrations — that’s where the real efficiency comes in. Ensure one person oversees adoption so the system stays consistent across the team.

Monday has best design in class of that kind of project management software. Monday is very stable and has great design and readability even from mobile devices. Very convenient browsing capability to store documents. Good communicational tool with an option for instant collaboration. Monday is very easy set up to start very fast for small teams. Momday has mix of standatised document flows for core processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We do not rely much on AI tools within but it looks that it is one of the quality AI integration with less logical errors in data or document summary elaborations. Different levers of data observations either for project and portfolio view. Ready to use dashboard templates and easy configuration. Monday has ready for use integration with Monday and Xero hovewer our customer missing for that part of field management team using it to have connectivity with Accumatica ERP to save time on export or manual parallel invoice and sales orders processing. We alsmost do not experienced any lags or lost data during use so is very optimised for work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Needs some specifical connectivity to data storages if you need more data space to be purchased. Not enough basic package for small businesses option. Good to have module for procurnment to generate purchase order simultaneously with an accounting system, Good to have SAP like approach to have industry specific designs.

Monday is universal project management not only tool but apparatus making you capable to track and give instant feedback to your business activity and manage portfolio of projects. I recommend to try it and connect sales team for your work specific demo and discussion,

I like Monday.com due to the use of color coding and being able to customize any workflow or board. It is intuitive to use and their support resources are vast. I'm always able to reach out to a human for support and they solve my issue quickly. You also have the option to add in different extensions to improve your workflow, but most come at an extra monthly cost. I like that Monday.com tracks emails and contact information, so everyone on the team can stay up to date. It's a great product for project or task management.

The customization is my favorite aspect of this product, along with being able to start with a template and customize from there.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish they had more subscription options, You can either get 1 or 3 seats, but I wish I could purchase individual seats or a certain product.
