My favorite aspect of Microsoft OneDrive for Business is its tight integration with Microsoft 365 apps. I can open, edit, and co-author documents in Word or Excel directly from OneDrive, and changes are saved in real-time—no manual uploads or downloads needed. It makes collaboration feel effortless
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mainly the syncing issues can occasionally occur, especially when dealing with large files or deeply nested folders. Sometimes, files don’t update properly across devices, and resolving sync errors can be a bit frustrating and time-consuming
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend using it as part of the full Microsoft 365 suite to get the most value—its real strength is in integration. Set clear folder structures and naming conventions to avoid sync conflicts.
