The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Lattice from other similar products?
Lattice stands head and shoulders above their competitors because of the ease of recognition, as well as the ease of managing 1:1s with teammates. The ability to throw recurring meetings, recurring topics, new topics, etc. on my meetings weekly gets it out of my brain, and makes sure that I talk about it with my supervisor. I also love recognizing others at the company, and Lattice gives us an easy public venue to do so (integrated with slack).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of the product is the recognition of other teammates. I think it's important that an organization gives routes for people to give positive feedback, and this is my favorite feature on top of the employee management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product definitely takes care of the segment its supposed to. I don't have much interaction with the product outside of myself as an employee and my relationship to my supervisor.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've seen the employee surveys that can be generated, as well as benchmarking on job performance and engagement. I think the tool is great, and will definitely help you manage your team!

What differentiates Lattice from other similar products?
A convenient spot to store all company-related materials. The layout of the site's or app's tabs, which take you to their respective sections, is both familiar and straightforward. With lattice, we are able to keep track of compliments, successes, and crucial milestones and tasks in separate tabs, making it much easier to perform peer evaluations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For my one-to-one work, Lattice works well. My boss and I have to have a written record of our 1:1 conversations and our talking points before I can utilize Lattice. And that's something my supervisor on their end needs to do. Perhaps some confusion exists. Lattice allows us to do just that, as we can go over our discussion and save any follow-up tasks until our next scheduled meeting. I can see clearly
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the method is not well publicized, it might be difficult to stay on top. I see value in the system overall, but some of the functions seem like they could just as easily be accomplished with paper and pencil, or by talking to your coworkers. Lattice's greatest strength is that it finally gets everything online. Any group that is dedicated to getting the most out of the system will find it to be an invaluable resource.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It helps with goal-setting and conducting performance evaluations. However, as I explained in the preceding question, goals require a different configuration. In addition to using it for annual surveys, the corporation conducts regular "pulse surveys." Although I did not contribute to the collection of that information, it appears to have served the HR department well. Their objective is to protect respondents' anonymity as much as possible while still collecting useful data from the massive poll. They give it to us freely. The organizational chart also has room for improvement.
