What differentiates ProTexting from other similar products?
This is absolutely one of the best text messaging platform that offers both SMS and MMS marketing services for our business and it has reall helped our company to engage with our customers through mobile messaging, engage in real-time conversations with our clients, and overall automate drip campaigns and schedule messages. Works great with popular tools like Mailchimp, Zapier, HubSpot and many more hence improving workflow and CRM syncing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to set up and manage campaigns with a clean dashboard. Mass texting and automation of drip campaigns and schedule messages. Improve our marketing strategies. Intuitive mobile app that helps us to manage campaigns on the go through the ProTexting app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
ProTexting is a great tool but for additional keywords, or dedicated short codes may incur extra cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ProTexting is a great text messaging platform used for marketing while communicating with clients real-time but when evaluating it consider cost.

What differentiates ProTexting from other similar products?
It is very feature rich and those features are easy to understand and use, the room for improvement is very transparent and feedbacks are always considered and responded to,
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the fact that it has a better viewership rate compared to email campaigns. People often ignore email or don't open them, but SMS marketing has a much higher rate of reaching the desired audiences, which is why I prefer protexting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Their metric measurement system can be improved a little as I have experienced lag once or twice, but that's a very rare occurrence. ProTexting is a perfect service otherwise!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I was relying heavily on email marketing in the past but that wasn't having the required conversion rate. ProTexting has helped me reach my customers faster and better. SMS marketing is the future, people ignore emails but SMS is the quickest way to reach people, so this will boost your sales.
