What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
I haven't used other similar products as I have always used DocuSign for e-signatures as it is the go-to software for this. I do think it gives a more professional look than e-signatures on Adobe Acrobat and I recently had a law firm acting on the other side to me who had to send me documents to be sent via DocuSign as they didn't have the function for signature in the presence of a witness in Adobe.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fast upload speed of documents and it operates efficiently even when you have uploaded multiple lengthy documents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Number of notifications and narrow scope for assigning the envelope to a colleague or for another colleague to access and amend the envelope.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend it as suitable for use for collating e-signatures.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
DocuSign is indeed a widely adopted electronic signature and digital transaction management platform. One thing that truly makes it different from others is that it is made to simplify how agreements are prepared, signed, and managed. DocuSign is a priority for all with strong legal compliance, security, and automation features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Firstly, I want to mention it's legally binding and globally compliant. I love how it supports legally enforceable signatures along with offering audit trails, tamper-proof seals, and digital certificates for full legal defensibility. Also, it has a quick setup of documents with templates for repeated use. Along with that, it offers API access for embedding eSignature workflows into custom apps or portals. All these are my favorite ones.
What do you dislike most about this product?
DocuSign has proved very beneficial through its pre-built templates for frequently used documents. Therefore, there’s nothing not to like about this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend one to first evaluate its features and volume according to the need. For example, if you are considering individual work, go for basic functioning first, and for enterprise, invest in advanced functionality features.
