About Youssef Kamar

As McLean & Company’s Senior Manager, HR Consulting, Youssef Kamar champions strategy development, organizational design and HR process optimization in companies big and small across a variety of industries. Backed by McLean & Company’s ongoing best-practice research and benchmark expertise, Youssef develops customized approaches to suit each client’s unique challenges. In his more than six years of consulting experience in Canada, the US, and further abroad, Youssef has honed the analytical skills to deconstruct problems and he works seamlessly with teams to develop the solutions that produce measurable results.

Youssef boasts Bachelors of both Science (from the University of Western Ontario) and Business Administration (from the Richard Ivey School of Business), as well as Masters in both International Business (from the Richard Ivey School of Business) and International Management (from the Global Alliance in Management Education). He also has a certificate in Lean Six Sigma (from the University of Toronto).
