About Will Evanson

Will is a Project Manager with McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics team, focusing mainly on leadership development and employee engagement monitoring.

Drawing on decades of experience at the intersection of technology, education, and human resources, Will helps HR practitioners strategically develop their feedback processes, ensuring that their organizations and employees are set up for success.

Throughout his career, Will has had the privilege of working for various organizations around the world, including A&L Canada Laboratories, Kyungi University, Prince of Songkla University, the Local Government Officials Development Institute (LOGODI, Korea), Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, General Dynamics Land Systems, and Info-Tech Research Group.

Will holds an Environmental Technology diploma with a specialty in bioremediation and has TESOL/TEFL certification.
