Tulika Agnihotri Ojha is a Senior Learning Specialist at McLean & Company, where she designs and develops engaging and transformative learning experiences based on research.
During her time at McLean & Company, Tulika has worked on several projects and programs for HR and leaders, including the Essentials for Leaders of Leaders, Simulations, LMS Downloads, training decks, and microlearning offerings.
An eternal learner, Tulika strives to continuously hone skills that allow her to curate impactful learning solutions for varied needs and diverse groups. She is passionate about building accessible and inclusive learning experiences and learning about new tools and trends in the world of Instructional Design.
Tulika has experience working in curriculum development, digital learning, and journalism and has previously worked with TVO, NIIT Canada, and leading newspapers in India, including The Times of India and The Indian Express.
Tulika holds BA (Honors) degree in Journalism from Delhi University, India, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication.
