About Susanna Rothfuchs

As Senior Executive Advisor at McLean & Company, Susanna Rothfuchs brings more than 30 years of HR experience to support and guide HR leaders in shaping strategies and prioritizing initiatives that make a meaningful difference for organizations. With a career spanning executive, consultant, and practitioner roles, Susanna has led both generalist and specialist HR teams in organizations ranging from 65 to over 70,000 employees, across industries such as financial services, technology, and marketing communications.

Susanna is passionate about talent and believes people can greatly impact business results. She works as a strategist, trusted advisor, and coach for leaders looking to boost their influence and create positive change. Her focus is on thoughtful talent practices, always aiming to help organizations improve through strong HR and organizational development. She has a love of learning and helping others achieve their potential.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from York University and a Master of Education in workplace learning and change from the Ontario Institute of Education (OISE) faculty of the University of Toronto. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
