About Shruti Mathur

Shruti Mathur is a Senior Analyst with McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics, Advisory & Data Insights team. Shruti works across employee lifecycle diagnostics with clients to analyze and identify key insights and trends from their survey data to enhance overall effectiveness.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Shruti has worked extensively in the Executive Search space. She is experienced in Talent Acquisition, Culture Building, and Training & Development. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in psychology and Human Resources Management. She has also completed a course in People Analytics from the University of Toronto. She is a CPHR designation holder.
