About Shealyn Clare

Shealyn is the Director of Learning Solutions at McLean & Company. Overseeing a team of coaches, she is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of McLean & Company’s Leadership Development Coaching Programs.

In her role, Shealyn drives organizational development and change through one-on-one coaching with leaders at all levels and delivers authentic and effective leadership experiences through facilitating McLean & Company’s leadership development programs such as Management Fundamentals, Elevate HR, and other strategic programs.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Shealyn worked for Rogers Communications in various roles, most recently as a Sr. Manager of Growth and Development, with a focus on Coaching, Leadership Development and Women in Leadership.

Shealyn completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph and received additional certificates in Human Resources Management from Seneca College and Adult Education from George Brown College. In 2018, she became a certified coach with the International Coach Federation.
