About Shamayne Braman

Shamayne Braman is an HR Executive and former Chief People Officer at Sonos where she led all aspects of HR for the company’s global People Team. She was responsible for driving organizational strategies that support Sonos’ people and culture goals, including recruitment, talent development, total rewards, diversity equity and inclusion.

Shamayne joined Sonos in 2021 as Chief Diversity Officer. Prior to joining Sonos, Shamayne held a number of HR roles at Thomson Reuters, HealthPartners, and most recently Target, where she was responsible for driving DEI strategy across Stores, Global Supply Chain, and Headquarters. Shamayne began her career in education as a Teach for America corps member.
