About Sarah Ord

Sarah Ord is a Senior Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. Her areas of interest include competencies, learning and development, and organizational culture. She is passionate about helping organizations foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Sarah worked in the consumer-packaged goods industry where she gained experience in change management including the transition to a hybrid model and organizational culture realignment. Sarah also has experience with recruitment and selection within the non-profit sector.

Sarah holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
