About Sagar Chhabaria

Sagar Chhabaria is a Project Coordinator on the HR Diagnostics team at McLean & Company. In his role, he supports the implementation and management of HR diagnostics, partnering with members throughout the process to create a seamless experience and help turn organizational data into meaningful insights.

Since joining McLean & Company, Sagar has worked across Learning Solutions and Operations, giving him a broad understanding of the member journey and the behind-the-scenes coordination required to deliver an exceptional experience. His work has included coordinating client programs, supporting workshops and facilitated sessions, leading member feedback conversations, and working across teams to improve processes. This background allows him to bring a member-focused and highly collaborative approach to his work in Diagnostics.

Sagar particularly enjoys building relationships, understanding what matters most to members, and bringing structure and clarity to complex projects. He values being someone both members and colleagues can rely on and enjoys finding ways to make processes simpler, smoother, and more effective.
