Ruffa Delfin is an Analyst in McLean & Company’s HR Research and Advisory Services. Her passion lies in talent management, particularly in crafting performance management programs and competency frameworks that drive employee career growth and organizational success. She’s dedicated to helping organizations cultivate a work environment that nurtures employee development.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Ruffa worked in the healthcare sector where she gained experience in recruitment and training and development. She oversaw team onboarding and training with a focus on culture and collaboration.

Ruffa earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management at York University in Toronto, Ontario, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
