About Rebecca Watson

As a Principal Director, Human Resources Advisory Services at McLean & Company, Rebecca provides high-quality advisory services to external clients and conducts engagements such as workshops, focus groups and executive interviews to aid in the acceleration of HR Strategy, Organizational Culture and Talent Management programs. She is passionate about defining organizational culture and developing leadership at every level.

Rebecca’s HR career has spanned over 25 years in national and multinational organizations within the higher education, technology, retail, aviation, and mining industries. She applies her in-depth knowledge gained while leading HR departments and centers of excellence in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labour Relations, Leadership Development, and HR Operations.

Rebecca holds designations in HR including CPHR and SHRM-SCP and has certificates in Strategic Leadership, Human Resources Management, Adult Education, and Change Management.
