About Ramsha Munshi

Ramsha Munshi is an Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She has a passion for applying a strategic lens to understand the connection between people and organizational strategy. Some of her areas of interest include performance management, talent management, HR strategy, organizational culture, and employee development.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Ramsha completed an internship at an HR software company, where she gained experience in learning and development and onboarding.

Ramsha has an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Durham College, and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
