About Rachel Stewart
Rachel Stewart is Associate Vice President, HR Research & Advisory Services at McLean & Company, where she leads teams that create evidence-based, practical research and support clients through advisory services to help HR leaders drive measurable results in their organizations.
Through her tenure at McLean & Company, Rachel has worked extensively in a variety of areas with a principal focus on talent management and total rewards, building up the research offerings and client services in these areas to help best position McLean as a thought leader. She is focused on continuous improvement and innovation for the research offerings and associated methodologies to ensure our clients' needs are met in a rapidly evolving external environment.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Rachel worked at a leading professional services firm covering a wide range of HR areas including compensation, performance management, and coaching programs for a national audience.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto. She is a Certified Compensation Professional through WorldatWork.
