About Priya Saini

Priya Saini is a Technical Account Specialist with McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics team. Priya’s primary focus is documenting and maintaining operational and technical process documentation. She will be assisting clients with the technical setup of their accounts in McLean & Company’s Connect dashboard. Her responsibilities include facilitating the connection between clients’ HRIS and McLean Connect and providing training on how to use the platform. Her goal is to ensure that the customers receive a positive and excellent experience.

Priya received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Human Resources and General Management and a minor in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining McLean & Company, Priya gained professional Human Resources experience by working with a diverse range of clients and industries. She completed an internship at Ovintiv as a human resources analyst and also worked as a recruitment analyst at Propak Systems Ltd. Her experience has enabled her to showcase her strengths such as her excellent communication and technical abilities. She is also a CPHR designation candidate.
