Nicole is a manager on the Diagnostics, Advisory, and Data Insights team at McLean & Company. She focuses on analyzing HR metrics, translating data into actionable insights, and guiding clients on how to use benchmarks to make informed, data-driven business decisions. Nicole is passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful organizational change.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Nicole worked in the municipal sector, where she primarily supported HR projects, compensation management, and HR reporting, analytics, and benchmarking. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce in human resources management, as well as her Certified Human Resources Professionals (CHRP) designation with Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
