About Molly Woudenberg

Molly Woudenberg is a Manager on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. Since joining as a research analyst, Molly has been committed to creating meaningful, evidence-based research that helps organizations navigate real-world problems and build human-centered practices.

Molly’s work focuses on advancing thought leadership and developing practical research solutions across Talent Management areas including performance management, succession planning, and competencies.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Molly worked in private investigations, where she partnered with clients to design tailored research strategies that address complex people-related challenges. She also brings experience in Learning & Development within the retail and hospitality sectors.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Georgian College.
