Michelle brings over 20 years of combined consulting and leadership experience to her role as Senior Executive Advisor at McLean & Company, where she advises leaders on topics ranging from HR strategies and roadmaps, to organizational design and change leadership, to people programs and continuous improvements. Michelle offers personalized, strategic partnership coupled with scalable, actionable guidance and resources to support leaders in advancing how they and their teams deliver and realize value across their organizations.

Her multifaceted background spans industries such as Technology, Healthcare, Government, Energy, Banking, Professional Services, Retail, Nonprofit, and Higher Education.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Duquesne University and a master’s degree in Educational Policy and Leadership from Ohio State University. Michelle is a continuous learner and holds multiple certifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional from the Association of Change Management Professionals. She completed The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s ICF-Accredited coaching certification Program and holds the Gestalt Professional Certified Coach certification.
