About Michelle Courneyea

Michelle Courneyea is a Research Analyst on McLean & Company’s Learning Solutions team. With a passion for leadership and lifelong learning, Michelle is enthusiastic about creating and delivering client-motivated, behavioral-based research to support and develop HR professionals and people leaders.

Michelle began her journey with McLean and Company as an Intern on the Learning Solutions team, where she supported both Instructional Design and Facilitated Programs. Michelle prides herself on her ability to succeed in fast-paced environments, navigate ambiguity, and her competence in diagnosing, analyzing, and implementing solutions to challenges. She values collaboration and fostering engaging and inclusive workplace environments.

Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Cognitive Science of Language and Linguistics from McMaster University.
