Melissa Alunni is a Consulting Analyst with Mclean & Company’s HR Research and Advisory Services Team. Her areas of interest include DEI, leadership development, and HR technology. She is passionate about applying research insights into actionable strategies to enhance human resources practices.

Drawing from her previous role in recruitment, Melissa joined McLean & Company with a solid foundation in talent acquisition. She has successfully recruited for a variety of positions and contributed to onboarding, training and development, and project management. She also has practical experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours Research stream) from Brock University, with a research focus on developing memory and cognition.
