About Mariana Zamriga

Mariana Zamriga is a Director, HR Research and Advisory Services at McLean and Company. She is committed to continuous learning and is passionate about helping organizations create a positive work environment that supports strong employee engagement and operational efficiency that drives business success.

With over 15 years of broad hands-on experience as a practitioner she supported and led the HR function at organizations ranging from startup to enterprise. Mariana brings with her a solid knowledgebase of HR related best practices. She successfully led and launched strategic level projects and initiatives that produced organizational level impact.

Her experience spans global HR leadership, M&A integration, talent acquisition, organizational growth and redesign, and HRIS implementation while supporting founders and C-suite leaders. She worked mainly in the software space in various industries: gaming, digital assets, cyber security, information management, and currency conversion. Her HR vision has been to optimize the HR function to enhance people’s experience while serving the needs of the organization.

Mariana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Schulich School of Business, York University. She also completed her MBA from the University of Fredericton focusing on global leadership.
