About Lindsay Austin

Lindsay is Director, Learning Solutions at McLean & Company. In her role, Lindsay drives organizational excellence through one-on-one coaching with leaders at all levels. She delivers authentic and effective leadership experiences through facilitating McLean & Company’s leadership and strategic HR development programs such as Management Fundamentals and Elevate HR. Lindsay uses passion and curiosity to get the best out of problems, processes, and people.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Lindsay worked in the oil and gas sector in human resources leadership. Most recently she led and managed her own business as a coach and HR consultant.

Lindsay has a BA from Mount Royal University, a Graduate Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation.
