About Laili Choudhury

Laili Choudhury is a Commercial Director at McLean & Company. Using best-practice methodologies, Laili partners with HR leaders by providing evidence-based solutions to human resource challenges. She helps leadership teams drive organizational performance through high-potential training programs, employee experience assessments, and HR analytics. Laili is passionate about creating value for HR departments through innovative human capital strategies.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Laili spent 10 years serving the Legal industry in various leadership capacities. She helped national and multinational law firms in Canada and the US to improve business processes, enhance recruiting strategies, and create efficiencies in their practice.

Laili has also MC’d at various conferences during her tenure at McLean and continues to thrive at public speaking while demonstrating the value of a McLean membership.

Laili holds an MBA from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. She also holds an Executive Management and Leadership certificate from MIT and various post-graduate certificates from Harvard Business School Online, Schulich Executive Education Centre (York University), and Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).
