About Kayla Gouthro

Kayla Gouthro is a Research Analyst with McLean & Company's Learning Solutions team. She is passionate about leadership and committed to developing research catered to clients’ needs to support HR practitioners and leaders.

Kayla started her journey at McLean & Company as a Project Specialist in HR Diagnostics. In her role, Kayla led diagnostics projects in employee engagement, onboarding, voluntary turnover and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout her three years, Kayla partnered closely with clients, guiding them through different phases of the diagnostic project, ensuring seamless project management and superior client service.

Kayla stands out for her ability to seamlessly maneuver through complex situations, identifying root causes and offering tailored solutions. Kayla’s educational background includes a diploma in the law clerk program at Fanshawe College.
