About Justine Czencz

Justine Czencz is a Project Manager on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. Her areas of interest are talent management and development, particularly in developing competency frameworks, performance management, and onboarding programs that encourage employee development and support organizational success.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Justine worked in the property management industry, where she gained experience in recruitment and onboarding and supported various Human Resources programs.

Justine has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Media from the University of Windsor, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
