About Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy is Manager, Learning Solutions at McLean & Company. He and the Learning Solutions team research and collaborate widely to create practical, impactful learning resources that help you and your organization confidently achieve your goals.

He brings 15 years of experience in learning, development, and people leadership across sectors including customer experience and financial services. With deep expertise in organizational learning strategies, leadership development, onboarding programs, and capability building, Jeremy focuses on delivering effective outcomes.

Known for his thoughtful, relational approach and passion for helping others succeed, Jeremy is equally comfortable addressing learning needs at a strategic level or diving into the details of tactics and design.

He holds Bachelor (Honors) and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Education from Western University, and is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers. Jeremy has also completed programs in virtual learning, program impact evaluation, and root cause analysis.
