Isabella Demakos is an analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She is passionate about exploring how organizations can align their people practices with broader values of equity, purpose, and long-term impact. In her role, Isabella contributes to the development of research that supports HR leaders in addressing real-world challenges and making informed, strategic decisions.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Isabella worked in the manufacturing sector, where she contributed to various strategic HR initiatives. She has experience in employee engagement, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management. Her work supported cross-functional collaboration and helped strengthen people practice in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Isabella holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Integrated Business and Humanities program at McMaster University, a program that combines business education with a focus on ethical leadership, community engagement, and social impact. She brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work and is excited to continue supporting organizations and employees through high-quality research.
