About Harpreet Kaur

Harpreet is a Senior Analyst in the HR Diagnostics, Advisory & Data Insights team. Her primary focus is on the New Hire, Exit, and Engagement diagnostics tools. Harpreet works with clients to analyze and identify key insights and trends from their survey data to improve employee engagement in their organization.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Harpreet gained experience in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Policy formulation. She has worked as an HR Business Partner in the automobile industry. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and master’s degree in Human Resources Management. She is working towards attaining a CHRL designation.
