About Hannah Allen
Hannah Allen is a Senior Learning Specialist at McLean & Company, where she designs and develops engaging and transformative learning experiences based on research.
Hannah has experience working in research and education and is passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning opportunities. She values collaborative practice and has had the pleasure of working with individuals from all over the world on a variety of unique projects. She is deeply interested in learner-centered education and strives to create meaningful experiences for both online and face-to-face environments.
During her time at McLean & Company, Hannah has aimed to build learning content that is informative, interactive, and fun. She has worked on several different projects and programs, specializing in eLearning courses, leadership training decks, and microlearning offerings.
In addition to developing these learning experiences, Hannah leads in the creation of McLean & Company’s Learning on Demand videos. In this role, Hannah partners with prominent thought leaders to publish insightful videos that inspire individuals to grow in their personal and professional lives.
Hannah holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees from Thompson Rivers University. She has also earned multiple learning certificates in areas such as AI essentials and DEI awareness.
