About Grace Ewles

Grace Ewles is a Director on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She is passionate about using data-driven insights to help organizations improve performance and create impactful change. Her areas of focus include wellbeing, organizational culture, talent management, and learning and development.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Grace worked as an organizational consultant for eight years. As a consultant, she supported a range of organizational development initiatives related to recruitment and selection, organizational design, change management, and employee development in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Grace holds her MA and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, where she conducted research on work stress, occupational health, and wellbeing. She also has extensive experience as an educational instructor and has taught several courses at the post-secondary level related to statistics and organizational psychology.
