About Farisha Ismail

Farisha Ismail is a Director, Learning Solutions, at McLean & Company, where she oversees the research and development of best practices and competency-based learning content and serves as an advisor to members. Optimizing organizational effectiveness and empowering people to be their best fuels her passion and is the core mission in the work that she leads.

She brings with her 20 years of experience working across several industries in the private and public sectors, including healthcare, transportation, higher education, finance, management consulting, information technology, and community service. Her experience spans regional, national, and global organizations in the areas of HR Strategy and Transformation, Change Management, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, and Culture.

Farisha holds a Bachelor of Art (BA Hons.) in Psychology from York University (Canada), Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Seneca College (Canada), and a Master of Education (MEd) in Human Resources and Adult Education with a specialization in Organizational Development, Learning, Performance and Change through Colorado State University (US). She is certified as a Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a PROSCI Certified Change Professional (CPP).
