Farisha Ismail is a Practice Lead, Learning Solutions, at McLean & Company, where she leads the Learning Solutions team responsible for the research and development of best-practice and competency-based learning solutions that help organizations build critical capabilities and improve performance. As a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, she works with leaders to address complex people, culture, and organizational challenges, helping organizations create environments where both employees and business outcomes can thrive.

Farisha brings more than 20 years of experience across the private and public sectors, including healthcare, transportation, higher education, financial services, management consulting, information technology, and community services. Her expertise spans HR strategy and transformation, organizational development, change management, talent management, learning and development, leadership development, and culture.

Throughout her career, Farisha has partnered with regional, national, and global organizations to strengthen leadership, drive organizational effectiveness, and support sustainable change. She is passionate about helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people and build the capabilities needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving workplace.

Farisha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from York University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, and a Master of Education specializing in Organizational Development, Learning, Performance, and Change from Colorado State University. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
