About Emma Schwichtenberg

Emma Schwichtenberg is passionate about helping organizations understand their opportunities and implement innovative HR strategies to drive long-term success.

Emma has experience as a Senior Analyst on the HR Research and Advisory team with McLean & Company. In that role, Emma developed best-practice research across taxonomy areas, with a focus on employee wellbeing, talent attraction and management, and learning and development. Currently, Emma is dedicated to supporting the Executive Services team in providing a great client experience.

Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in History at Queen’s University and earned her Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources degrees from the University of Toronto.
