About Elyse Cater
Elyse is an Analyst with McLean & Company’s HR Research and Advisory Services Team. She graduated from Western University with an Honors Specialization in Psychology before pursuing her Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto. Prior to working at McLean, Elyse held a variety of positions including working in group and treatment homes for mental health and addictions and helping to remove barriers to youth employment. She prides herself on thriving in fast-paced environments, her ability to navigate ambiguity, and having a smile no matter what the task.
