About Elizabeth Vargas

Elizabeth Vargas is an analyst on McLean & Company’s HR Research and Advisory Services team. She is passionate about applying data-driven insights to help organizations grow and create meaningful change.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Elizabeth worked as a marketing analyst at a consulting firm, where she led the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. She collaborated with cross-functional teams on strategy, messaging, and creative development, building a strong foundation in communication and project management.

Originally from Mexico, Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Communications degree from the Iberoamerican University. In 2023, she relocated to Toronto to pursue a Business Marketing Diploma at George Brown College, where she discovered her passion for research.
