About Elizabeth Johnny
Elizabeth Johnny is a Project Coordinator in the HR Diagnostics Team of McLean & Company. Her key role is to manage Employee Engagement Diagnostic Programs and support HR professionals to launch them successfully. From scoping the survey to delivering the results, she focuses on understanding clients’ goals and advises them on best practices to meet these goals effectively.
Inspired by McLean & Company’s research teams, Elizabeth moved from Business Development to HR Diagnostics. She continuously applies her customer service experience to build strong Client Relationships while guiding her interest in the relationship between Employee Engagement and Organizational Behavior.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Elizabeth worked in varied industries like Hospitality, Education, and Electronics. She brings seasoned people and project experience from her past roles in Business Development, Event Management, Early Child Development, and HR. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and Masters in International Business from Bangalore University, India.
