About Deena Abo Hashima

Deena Abo Hashima is a Senior Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She is passionate about using evidence-based HR research to help organizations foster a work environment where employees thrive. Her areas of interest include Total Rewards and Work Environment.

Prior to this role, Deena gained experience in talent acquisition, recruiting for a variety of roles, and assisting with optimizing the recruiting process in her organization. She also has experience with onboarding and training & development.

Deena holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Specialized Honours in Business Management from York University, a post-graduate certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
