Kelly Hefford is a Senior Instructional Designer on the Learning Solutions team at McLean & Company. She helps our member organizations build leadership and HR capability using her more than 15 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful human-centered learning initiatives. Kelly’s expertise in adult learning principles drives the development of practical, inclusive, and engaging resources. She studied Multimedia at Fanshawe College and earned a degree in Adult Education from St. Xavier University. Kelly is known for her passion for wellbeing and lifelong learning.
