About Casey Langley

Casey Langley is the Product Manager for the Advisory Services & Workshops team at McLean & Company. She is passionate about HR and helping leaders accelerate their most pressing HR programs and initiatives. As Product Manager, Casey is dedicated to supporting and improving McLean & Company programs such as focus groups, group process facilitation (workshops), leadership coaching, and training program facilitation.

Prior to joining the Advisory Services & Workshops team as a Product Manager, Casey was a Senior Consulting Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory team. In that role Casey helped to develop McLean & Company’s best-practice research in all taxonomy areas, with a focus on Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Strategy.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, with a specialization in Human Resources.
