About Ben Prendergast

Ben Prendergast is a Project Coordinator in the HR Diagnostics Team of McLean & Company. He plays a key supporting role in helping to manage Employee Engagement Diagnostic Programs. From scoping the survey to delivering the results, he focuses on understanding clients’ goals and advises them on best practices to meet these goals effectively.

Originally hired as part of McLean’s policy management software division, Ben moved from Account Management and Business Development to HR Diagnostics. He continuously applies his customer service experience to build strong Client Relationships while guiding his clients through the Engagement diagnostic process.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Ben worked in the telecommunications industry for nearly a decade, and was involved in sales and event coordination roles during his time there. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing music, reading, and hanging out with friends.
