About Andrea Miguel

Andrea Miguel is a Learning Specialist on the Learning Solutions team at McLean & Company, where she designs and develops research-based learning experiences that drive growth and lasting behavior change. As a lifelong learner, she is passionate about creating practical and impactful solutions that help organizations become places where everyone can thrive.

Andrea brings creativity and intention to her work, transforming complex research and insights into clear, engaging, accessible, and actionable learning experiences that resonate with learners and deliver meaningful results for both individuals and organizations.

At McLean & Company, Andrea has contributed to numerous learning initiatives for HR professionals and leaders, including McLean Academy courses, LMS downloads, and live facilitated sessions. She has collaborated with the Sales Enablement, Advisory, and Facilitation teams to design and deliver learning solutions that strengthen performance and engagement across learners.

Before joining McLean & Company, Andrea worked in a start-up environment where she gained experience in sales, client success, and business operations, as well as in the hospitality industry leading teams and supporting training and development initiatives.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and a Diploma in Police Foundations from the University of Guelph-Humber, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Western University.
