About Ali Basahi

Ali is a Manager with McLean & Company’s Consulting Services Group. A big-picture business strategist, with solid hands-on tactical execution skills, he drives transformation initiatives, best practices, and strategic operations improvement efforts.

Ali has a particular focus on employee engagement, recruitment/retention, performance management, leadership development, flexible work programs, and managing remote teams. His experience spans multiple industries including the Nonprofit, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Government/Public Sector, Renewable Energy, Apparel, and Sports & Entertainment sectors.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies with a specialization in Finance & Administration from Western University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Ali also holds a certificate in Advanced Leadership from Western University and a certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School.
